Rick Rusaw has served as Senior Minister since 1991. During his years at LifeBridge, worship attendance has grown from 700 to over 3,000 worshiping each weekend. Rick has a passion for the church to be relevant to its culture and at the same time maintaining a high integrity for the message of the Gospel. Rick has spoken for a variety of minister's conferences, retreats, and leadership seminars as well as seminars in the business world.

Before coming to Longmont, he served as Vice President of Cincinnati Bible College and Seminary, and Associate Minister at First Christian Church in Fort Myers, Florida. He is a graduate of Cincinnati Bible College and Seminary. He currently serves on the board of directors for Christian Network International and Hope International University. He is co-author of The Externally Focused Church (Group Publishing, 2004) and Living a Life on Loan (Standard Publishing, 2006).

Rick and his wife Diane, both natives of New York, have three children, David, Eric and Chelsea. Outside of his ministry and family time, Rick enjoys both water and snow skiing. He is also an avid fan of his kids sporting events.
